Meet Tim Rodgers, Market Vice President of NWA & Kansas!
Tim began his career at 49 Financial in 2018. He took a significant leap in 2020 to launch our NW Arkansas office. In 2024, Tim led the launch of our Kansas City office to provide support to even more people. He shares that the Arkansas and Kansas City offices are exceptional in their willingness to set aside personal preferences to provide the highest level of service to their clients.
As a financial advisor, Tim finds joy in helping his clients understand the good decisions they’ve already made and how to continue to navigate their finances. He loves bringing clarity to what those actions can mean, whether it’s related to retirement planning or working with business owners. He is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships with his clients, always striving to understand their unique needs and goals. Tim believes in a personalized approach, taking the time to educate and empower his clients, ensuring they feel confident and secure in their financial decisions. Additionally, Tim loves the leadership role that comes with being Market Vice President, appreciating the opportunity to guide young financial advisors through their careers and towards success.
Tim and his wife, Stephanie, live in NW Arkansas with their son, Maverick. In their free time, they enjoy cheering on the Razorbacks, serving their community, playing with their dog, Champ, and avidly playing pickleball.
Meet Luke Heiligenthal, Associate Team Lead of Kansas City!
Luke Heiligenthal joined 49 Financial in October 2020, where he played a pivotal role in launching the Northwest Arkansas office. Four years later, in May 2024, Luke launched our Kansas City office. He firmly believes that the ambitious and values-aligned team members are what make the Kansas City office special.
Luke finds financial planning to be a deeply rewarding vocation. He enjoys forming purposeful relationships with families and colleagues. He shares, “This work is truly unique. Our subject matter has real depth. Each family is coming from unique circumstances and is hoping to make progress towards unique goals.” Walking through life with families and witnessing the positive impact of our ongoing partnership is incredibly fulfilling for him. Looking ahead, Luke is excited to continue building meaningful relationships and driving success for families in the Kansas City area.
Outside of work, Luke and his fiancé, Covington, enjoy rich community with church and family. You can usually find them enjoying a meal around a table with friends or getting after it on the pickleball court.
