Clients need an integrated-care approach to their finances– a team that leverages experts and can provide a holistic view of their full financial picture, from estate planning to tax strategies and charitable giving. Our team is addressing a major gap in the financial service industry by creating an accessible family-office experience.

We are changing the face of the industry—literally. 

The average financial advisor in the United States is 56. At 49 Financial, our average age is half the industry’s. That means we’re able to see our clients to and through retirement. We see our age as a strategic advantage in an aging industry. While many wealth management firms are choosing to grow through acquisition, we are choosing to grow organically—something that is admittedly hard and comes with inherent risks. It is hard for new advisors in our industry—and while our retention rates are three times the industry standard, we’re pushing for even higher results.

We are choosing to invest in the development of top emerging talent through apprenticeship and development. 

We serve clients through a team-based model, allowing us to provide exceptional client service and develop the next generation of advisors through strategic mentorship. What this means is that our newest advisors aren’t expected to be the experts and will have experienced teammates alongside them in client meetings, allowing us to provide exceptional client service and develop the next generation of advisors through mentorship.
